The Bristol F.2 was a two-seater biplane which was utilised by the squadron for long range reconnaissance work from 4th February 1918

Aircraft on charge of No. 35 Squadron
On 4th February 1918, the squadron took delivery of the first of six Bristol F.2 aircraft providing it with long range reconnaissance capability. These were fitted with cameras, wireless (Morse Code) transmitters and wireless receivers.
